  • The number of participants is restricted to about 200! We will have a waiting list as soon as the limit is reached.

 

Travel grants

PhD students and students can apply for AMPERE student travel stipends, 500 €, which will be paid once the conference is over. The total support by AMPERE is for three travel grants. You can apply for the stipend in the abstract submission form, deadline is May 14th. Please send a short motivation statement (1/2 page) as well as a short support letter of your supervisor (1/2 page) to hyp26-travelgrant@fu-confirm.de.

Please also note, that before applying fort he travel grant, you have to register as student for the conference and submit an abstract first. Do not forget to add the title of your abstract in your application email to us.

 

Conference Fee:

The conference fee includes access to all conference sessions, lunches from Monday to Wednesday and coffee breaks provided during the conference, finger food at the opening and dinner on Wednesday evening.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email to hyp26@fu-confirm.de

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Before June 5th, 2026: 50 EURO
  • From 6th June to July 5th, 2026: 50% of the registration fees
  • After July 6th, 2026: 100% of the registration fees
